The By-Laws
of the Kentucky Head Start Association provide:
Article V: Membership
The membership of the Association shall be open to representatives
of the public and private sectors who, by virtue of their positions,
interests, experience and training can contribute as non-voting
members to the purpose of the Association.
Section 1: Dues
Annual dues are as follows:

Grantee agency dues $2.00 per child per
Head Start/Early Head Start/Migrant funded enrollment as of
July 1st. Agency dues include dues for employees who are paid
in full or part by federal Head Start funds. |

Individual Parent dues $ 1.00 |
| (c) |
Individual Friends $ 3.00 |
| (d) |
Lifetime membership $ 100.00 |
| (e) |
Corporate membership
Level I $ 500.00
Level II $ 1,000.00
Level III $ 5,000.00 and over |
Section 2: Membership Term
The membership term shall begin each July 1 and end each June 30.
Dues shall be payable in advance on the first day of July of each
year. Dues of a new member shall be payable on the first day of
the month in which such membership becomes effective for the remainder
of the fiscal year of the Association.
